Right of withdrawal

When you shop on nelvare.com, you generally have a 30-day right to withdraw from a purchase.
You must bear the cost of returning the order when you regret your purchase.
In the case of an item that has been custom made, custom made, or delivered to your home especially for you as the customer, special rules may apply.
The right of withdrawal applies from the day you received the goods. During this period, you may unpack and inspect the product, but you must not depreciate the product, wash it, or use it.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by an unequivocal statement within 30 days of receipt of the goods. You must complete and attach our return form if you wish to cancel your purchase. This is also attached to your email along with your order confirmation. If you are unable to print, you can attach a handwritten note. You can also send your return invoice in the package, indicating which items you would like to return.

Returned packages must always be sent directly to us and not to be picked up at a post office or a parcel handling facility. We cannot accept packages that have been sent back via DAO as they are delivered outside business hours.
Return package
​
You are responsible for returning the package/items until we receive them here at our warehouse. When you return a package to GLS, you will automatically receive a receipt from GLS with a tracking number. With your tracking number, you can easily track your package with GLS and make sure it gets back to us. When returning, make sure the item is securely packaged. Those. Item must be returned in original packaging and then in protective packaging. Do not affix return labels directly to the product or original packaging as this will prevent the product from being resold at full price.

Gift recipient

When you return, you must complete our return form. In the note you can fill in if you want a credit note, in which case you must remember to include your email address. We will then send you an e-voucher valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
If you want to return, we note that we have the opportunity to return money only to the payment card used during the purchase, subsequently this is a matter between you and the donor.
Refusal to accept
You cannot return an item if you refuse to receive the package. If the parcel is not picked up at the parcel shop (it stays there for 10 working days), the parcel is returned to us.
If the parcel is returned, a new freight charge of DKK 39 will be charged. If it is not returned, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged to cover the costs we incur in connection with a package not received. If the parcel is abroad, the fee will be equal to the actual shipping cost from your account, up to a maximum of DKK 1659.
Partial Cancellation
Nelvare offers partial cancellations even if the product is purchased in the same order. If your order exceeds the "free shipping limit" and therefore you paid for the shipping yourself, you will not receive a refund of the shipping cost if you decide to return part of your purchase.
However, if you have chosen a shipping method that is more expensive than the cheapest shipping method we offer, you will not be reimbursed for the additional costs.
Refunds for options such as gift wrapping are not available on returns.

Return

When you decide to return a purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to the same payment method used to pay for the order. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after we have received your return package, and within a maximum of 14 days after Nelvare received it.

Impairment
​
Please note that items must be free of odors from external odors such as perfume, animals, or smoke.
When returning a used item, you are responsible for any damage to the item.
Goods that are missing or damaged in their packaging, and where this is a necessary condition for the possibility of resale of the goods, are not eligible for return.
